Who remembers ‘back in the day’, when Bose 802 speakers were everywhere around town as the forerunner to today’s proliferation of lightweight, portable speakers? Our memories are a little hazy now, but it was sometime around the late ’80s (or possibly early ’90s) and they were most certainly a ‘thing’ in Melbourne, and indeed worldwide.
