It’s either phantom or battery powered (9v), and has a switchable high pass filter, along with a 3 stage pad (0, -10dB, -20dB) to help with a wide range of environments.
So, use it on a variety of instruments in the studio – it will sound great, but where this mic is perfectly suited is out in the field, grabbing samples for your next soundscape, or even as an interview microphone.
Comes with a stand mount adaptor (mic clip) and a windshield. The low handling noise is a real bonus for outdoor use.
