Beyerdynamic has jammed a few (quite a few) years of experience into this lightweight pair of monitoring headphones.
DT240 PRO headphones are designed to be worn for lengthy sessions – either tracking in the studio, sitting around the desk doing a podcast, or out in the field with your camera / recorder.
A neat feature is the single, removable cable, which can be placed either as ‘left exit’ or ‘right exit’, perhaps depending on either your mood, or which way you dressed this morning.
Both earcups – although looking very compact – still fit around your ear, making a comfortable companion for your monitoring. They also both rotable, allowing DT240 PRO to travel ‘flat’, taking up less room in your kit.
Thanks to low-ohm acoustic transducers (34 Ω), DT240 PRO requires very little in the way of amplifier power. The heapdhones works equally well on studio mixers as on laptops or smartphones.
