Yep, stronger than a rock’n’roll coffee, Sennheiser’s e901 microphone will last longer than the kick drum it’s working for. At 350g, it’s a solid mic, requiring no special adapter leads. Just plug an XLR lead straight into the back of it, shoot it some +48v phantom, and let the half-cardioid pickup pattern impress you. Recent purchasers of this mic have come back in store and thanked us repeatedly. We didn’t make it, but we do keep the e901 in stock.
