    Zoom H5 handy recorder picks up where the super-popular H4 started, without the extra channel count of the flagship H6 recorder.

    H5 features the same ability to interchange capsules, as seen on H6. The standard microphone set that ships wiith H5 is the newly designed XYH-5 X/Y microphone capsule.

    It comprises two matched cardioid condenser microphones set at 90°. They are housed in a shockmount that employs rugged external mic wires and rubberised material to isolate the unit from the H5 body, minimising vibration and handling noise.

    H5 provides four tracks of simultaneous recording. Flexible and powerful, H5 provides everything you need to create multitrack recordings, audio for video, and state-of-the-art podcasting, broadcasting and electronic newsgathering.
