This STEREO SET of KM184 cardioid pencil condenser microphones is perfect for recording applications and orchestral use.

It comes packaged in a nice wooden box - but on the inside is the important stuff. You get 2 x KM184 cardioid condenser microphones, along with a pair of SG24 (stand mount / mic clip) and a couple of WNS100 (windsocks).

More on KM184:

Cardioid condenser microphone that has captured some of the great sounds over the past few years. Rugged enough to use live, and easily detailed enough to breathe some life into your recordings.

SPL handling up to 138dB makes this mic extremely versatile, with just enough sparkle up the top to make it interesting not distracting. Orchestral or Thumping - use it on either.

Although the KM 184 has the same capsule as the KM 84, the microphone differs slightly on the 0° frequency response: The KM 184 has a gentle rise at about 9 kHz, a characteristic that was introduced very successfully with the KM 140. The result is a tonal balance that is fresher and livelier when compared to the KM 84 with its flat frequency response in that band.
