EZ-Mount Mic Claw
This lightweight version of the famous LP Claw has divided opinion in our shop.
Some love the slimline gooseneck, compared to the rigid rod construction of LP592AX. Others think it’s a little too cute and prefer the original.
There’s no reason both can’t exist though – and there is no doubting that LP591A is a simple-to-mount option.
Simply squeeze the ‘button’ on the bottom, to open the mounting jaws, position in the right area of the rim, and release your grip. It could not be any easier.
We recommend using with small, lightweight microphones. The slimline gooseneck will likely not cut the mustard when it comes to keeping MD421 in the sweet spot.
