No eq, no balance control, no effect switch. The user manual (pamphlet) is easy to read, and perfect for a simple setup. Oh...the downside of such a small console? There's a power pack \"wall wart\" to supply the 12V, rather than an internal power supply that simply takes an IEC cable.
