Sennheiser MM 445 is a high-performance supercardioid dynamic microphone capsule for use with compatible handheld transmitters, including EW-D Series.

For vocalists and engineers alike, this capsule is a clear standout. Like its cardioid cousin (MM 435) the aluminium-copper voice coil provides detailed sound through nuanced resolution of high frequencies.

MM 445 is impressive thanks to its unparalleled presence and openness for all vocal types. Its sophisticated acoustic tuning offers increased proximity and sensitivity. With its high rejection supercardioid pickup pattern, MM 445 provides focus in every application and systematically protects against feedback – even at extreme volume levels. Thanks to its robust metal design it can withstand extensive wear and tear.

Designed for use with Sennheiser wireless handheld transmitters, the MM 445 microphone head features the excellent acoustic properties of the wired MD 445 vocal microphone. For stage vocals, especially the all-important lead vocal, it’s a great capsule.
