Presonus Studio 1824c is an audio interface with a great mix of analogue and digital I/O and USB-C™ computer connectivity for Windows or macOS.
More than just a face-plate colour upgrade from the previous Studio1824 model, Studio 1824c is a USB-C interface, offering ultra-hi-def recordings – up to 192 kHz.
You get: two front-panel inputs (via combi connectors) with +48V phantom power for condenser mics. Gain control for each input (there are another 6 mic/line inputs on the back) are also on the front panel, along with LED metering for input / output. There is a pair of headphone sockets, each with control levels (which, of course, go to 11). There is also a Main Out level control knob.
Flip it around, and you’ll see the full input/output capabilities of Studio 1824c. Aside from the abovementioned mic/line inputs (3-8), there are 8x TRS ¼” line outputs, MAIN out L&R, SPDIF I/I, ADAT I/O, MIDI I/O and Wordclock OUT.
Here’s what PreSonus has to say about Studio 1824c:
