Presonus Studio 26c is a 2-in, 4-out audio interface with USB-C™ computer connectivity for Windows or macOS.
Like the entire ‘Studio c‘ range, Studio 26c is a USB-C interface, offering ultra-hi-def recordings – up to 192 kHz.
You get: two front-panel inputs (mic and switchable line/instrument, via combi connectors) with +48V phantom power for condenser mics. Gain control for each input is also on the front panel, along with LED metering for input / output, and you get a headphone control level (which, of course, goes to 11). There is also a Main Out level control knob.
Cue Mix A/B function lets you toggle between two mixes while monitoring through headphones – perfect for DJs and to listen in on a performer’s monitor mix.
Flip it around, and there is Main L&R output (via TRS), additional line outputs (labelled 3 & 4), also via TRS, plus the headphone output and MIDI, for connection to a keyboard, sound module, or control surface.
