Neumann TLM103 MT is a modern studio standard, with a capsule design derived from the legendary U 87 A.

Neumann studio quality at an entry level price. Includes the transformerless circuit found in numerous Neumann microphones, with low self-noise and high sound pressure level transmission.

Cardioid pattern and acoustically well-balanced. Ideal for vocals (including spoken word) and a variety of instrumental duties.

TLM103 is addressed from the front, marked with the red Neumann logo on the microphone body. The K 103 large diaphragm capsule is based on the K 87, well known from the U67 / U87 microphones.

The capsule has a flat frequency response up to about 5 kHz, and above that, a wide flat 4 dB presence boost.
