Genelec 8050 B active studio monitor is the supreme member of the 8000 series of 2-way monitors.

Nearfield monitoring with real muscle, 8050B is bi-amped with 150w going to the 8" woofer and 120w to the 1" tweeter.

Accurate monitoring from 38 Hz - 20 kHz, and well suited to the professional environment; large recording and production studios.

Includes 'Iso-Pod' mounts for accurate placement. Bring in your demo track and hold your breath - it may just be taken away.

Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS)

Reduces power consumption to less than 0.5 watts by automatically switching the active monitor to standby, when no audio signal has been detected for some time. When it receives an audio signal again, the loudspeaker turns back on.

ISS is fully compliant with the latest EU requirements and the ErP 2013 Directive for electronic devices.
