DPA BC4099 is an Acoustic Bass Mount to suit d:vote 4099 series instrument microphones.
This clever mount attaches to the E and G string below the bridge, allowing for 4099 mic capsule placement in the sweet spot between bridge and fingerboard. It offers upright bass players a far more natural sound than using a piezo pickup.
This is the same mount you'll find as standard in the CORE 4099B instrument microphone, so grab this accessory as a replacement if needed.
You can use BC4099 with your existing CORE4099 microphone, to offer an alternative mounting solution.
